Resepi Kulit Dim sum

Bahan A
300gram udang kupas
1sdm tepung sagu
1sdm minyak bijan
1/2sdt-vetsin/chicken powder
1sdt-garam

Bahan B

150gram tepung tang mien
50gram-tepung sagu
2sdm-minyak sayur
250ml-air panas
1/2sdt lada sulah
1/sdt gula

cara:kacau dan gaul semua bahan A hingga sebati dan rata.
-bahan B dikacau diaduk rata,masukkan air panas.minyak sayur dan biarkan sejuk sebelum diuli seperti cara buat dim sum
