Ayam panggang

1 ekor ayam(2kg)

3sm madu

2biji bawang putih dan 2 biji halia-ditumbuk halus

1sdm lada putih

1sdm garam

5 sudu besar butter

campurkan semua bahan kecuali ayam.sapukan bahan ke atas seluruh badan ayam.Bakar ayam dalam oven selama 40 minit dalam oven sepanas 150 darjah.

Untuk kuah ayam

1 bawang besar dipotong halus

5sdm tomatopaste

2sdm lada putih

200gram cendawan buttang/dalam tin

100gram -tomoto cherry

3 cawan air

3sdm tepung gandum

3sdm butter

1sdm garam

panaskan butter dan goreng bawang,seketika,campurkan air,lada putih,tomato paste,cendawan butang.biar dalam rebusan seketika.masukkan tepung dan tomato cherry.tuang keatas ayam bakar bila hendak di makan(sumber female cookbook vol.15)
