Makhtom(daging/kambing)

Untuk direndam/marinate

1kg daging/kambing.

5sdb tomato puree

7biji tomato-dipotong

2g halia-tumbuk

11biji bawang putih-tumbuk

3cawan bawang goreng-tumbuk/hancurkan

1/2 cawan yoghurt

7 cawan air

-masukkan semua bahan simpan dan direndam setengah jam.

Bahan -bahan goreng

2sdm ketumbar

1sd serbuk lada putih

1sd  jintan manis

1sd jintan putih

3 biji buah pelaga

2cm kayu manis

1sdm garam

11 sdm ghee/minyak masak

Goreng semua bahan-bahan sampai wangi,kemudian campurkan  semua bahan daging /kambing yang direndam tadi.tunggu sehingga mengelegak ,sampai kuah pekat daging/kambing lembut.
