1kg daging lembu

10 ulas bawang putih

3 helai daun salam

5 sudu makan air asam

1 potong gula melaka/merah

2sdm ketumbar

1sdt garam

cara-cara

potong daging melintang ukuran 2x1x2cm.rebus hingga lembut.haluskan ketumbar,bawang putih ,gula merah,garam dan daun salam.masukkan potongan daging yang telah direbus ke dalam rempah yang telah dihaluskan dan perap selama satu jam.akhir sekali goreng dan hidangkan.
