(A)270g butter,230 g gula

(B)5 biji telur, 60ml santan,2 sdb jus pandan

(c)240g tepung,25g serbuk kastad, 30g kelapa parut,1sd serbuk penaik

cara-cara

pukul bahan a sehingga lembut dan gebu.campur bahan b sedikit demi sedikitsecara bergilir-gilir.putar sehingga lembut dan tidak berbintil-bintil.kaup dan balikkan c dan pukul sehingga sebati.tuang ke acuan berukuran 10 inci.bakar pada suhu 175c selama 50 minit.(di petik dari buku chef alex goh)
