Resepi chocolate moist

Cocoa paste

40gram of imported cocoa-sifted

1tsp.instant cofee (level)

250 ml of hot water

methods

mix cocoa and coffeein hot water.Stir still smooth and chill in the fridge

Ingredients

160gms.butter

260grams.castor sugar

1tsp of vanilla essence

3eggs(separated)

Sieve

230gram of plain flour

1tsp of baking powder(level)

3/4 tsp of baking soda(level)

1/4 tsp of salt

Method

1.cream butter and sugar till fluffy.add the yolks one at a time.add in vanilla.fold in seived flour alternately with cocoa paste.last fold in the beaten egg white.pour into a 9 inc round greased and flour tin.bake at 170c for about 50 to 60 minutes.

chocolate fudge

1/2 cup of condensed milk

3/4 cup of evaporated milk

3tbsp(level)of coco (seived)

1tsp of instant cofee

50grams of butter(last)

methods

mix all ingredient together except butter,in a pan doubled boil till thick.add in butter and stir well.then pour over the layer
